Did i mention that prior to my Vigan trip, i went to Sagada (Mountain Province) as well? Kasama ko ang mga friends ko, medyo short ung planning time namin but then again.. Kuya Kim… as usual loves to set itineraries for the group on special trips like this. So even if we had a short time finalizing the trip.. it went well as expected.

Going to Sagada is 12 hours at least, 6 hours from Manila to Baguio and another bumpy 6 hours from Baguio to Sagada. Bus fare is around 700php (Manila to Sagada). Accommodation? Mura din. Ang mahal lang sa Sagada ay ung bayad sa tour guide namin every now and then, rent to Vans or Jeeps not included.

Mura din ung food. Yogurt House is recommended. Malalaki ang servings pero laging puno ang restaurant nung andun kami.. we had at least 3 attempts, buti na lang on our third attempt.. may vacant table na, after a long wait of course. Service is poor kasi we had to wait an hour before our orders get served. But then again ok na rin kasi masarap naman ang food.

Hadekku’s is also a treat. Di sya matao unlike sa Yogurt House. So if you want a peaceful meal time.. Hadekku’s is the place, I ordered Pork Sinigang and mind you.. kakaiba ang sinigang dito, panalo. Service is poor as well.. mabagal mag serve ng food.. pero sulit din kasi panalo din ang food. Ung ibang kinainan namin like Kimchi, Shamrock cafe.. so so lang.

Teka.. i went to Sagada for the adventure and not the food. Kaso tinatamad na ako mag-isip.. kaya next time na lang.. wahahaha!

Eto ang legendary Calle Crisologo. Visiting this place is like being transported back in time, minus the shop houses and souvenir stores along the street. Gray scale yung image para magmukhang vintage..

Calle Crisologo pa rin. Kahit gabi.. busy pa rin ang kalye. Walang Japan Japan dito.

Baluarte is another tourist destination in Vigan City. Para ka na ring pumunta sa Jurassic Era because of the live Dinosaur roaming around the area. Wag lang lalapit kasi nangangain ng tao ang isang to kahit vegetarian siya

Calle Crisologo during the day. Wala pa ring Japan Japan dito. Wag umasa.. lols.

So if you’re from Manila and  if you wanna visit Vigan, just take the Partas Bus in Aurora Cubao, fare i think is around 600php to 7oophp. Then take a trike going to Calle Crisologo. Special trike trips going to Calle Crisologo costs at around 20php only. Hotel accommodations are quite cheap in this city.. may bonus pang mumu.. haha.

Food is relatively cheap as well.. do not forget to try their famous Vigan Longganisa, Bagnet and their Empanada. If you’re the adventurous type.. Dinengdeng is a must try. :thumbsup:

Pahabol lang, while on your way to Vigan.. please stop by at Santa Maria Church. Wala lang… maganda rin dun
