the birthday cake from my ACS colleagues.
It was my birthday last september 9. Tradition has it, i need to blog about it months after. 2 months after to be exact. I am not really into birthdays.. i just keep my birthday gigs simple and quiet. saka wala naman ako budget to celebrate it somewhere far away like i used to or somewhere with style.
i did a few lunch treats to people close to me, a few dinner dates slash inuman with friends and a thank you text message for the rest.. 
as i was just getting ready for other scheduled birthday lakads, my mom passed away. the birthday stopped there. i’d have to attend more important matters the family requires. it’s just a my birthday anyway, nothing really relevant.. gone are the days that birthdays were absolute. aminin na, as we get older, na kahit 23 lang ako, birthdays will soon just be a date like other anniversaries in our calendar. Some may still celebrate it with fireworks and strippers and wine and sisig and pandesal and some may not even care.
A simple inuman with close friends will do. Maybe some birthday sex on the side.. :naughty:
Hindi ko na rin tatawaging “malas month” ang september. i learned that the more you think about it, the more you attract the negative vibes around you. Por dat! gagawin ko na syang “swerte month“.. hehe
to end this.. i am greeting myself again a happy birthday. Hindi man happy totally, i am glad that i’m still here, advancing every minute of the day.. reaching where the road leads.
