I’ll be leaving the metro tonight and will be spending the rest of the weekend with my utol and his family. It’s actually the birthday of Macmac and i wouldn’t pass this opportunity to get a little quality time with him.

Then you start thinking that you’ve been cheated. Will you stop believing?
Patience can only do so much, so as trust and faith. Limitless understanding bursts when certainty splits into half. Then you get the idea that you’ve been screwed. Will you stop believing?
I can only speak for myself, that even some friends are not true enough to give you the merit, I am not at the right position to say that I should win it, that I should know what’s coming and claim the gain.
Believing is a start. Trust is a whole new different level.
So the question is.. will I stop believing?

It’s not a hidden tale that my family has been jeopardized by cracks not even time can mend. I have not seen my dad for years and that blank area of my life I want to bring back. Just years ago, my Utol successfully built a stairway to connect us with our Dad, again.
The reunion was not that simple. You know how it is, all you could do is smile, stare at him, study his physical features, and observe his face you haven’t seen for ages. He grew old but still good looking like me. Lols.
I had issues with him, but that’s a thing of the past. I now understand (at least) why things happened. Why they are bound to happen. And now it’s a new chapter.
For years I kept on observing him, our differences, common qualities, and yes I see him in me. With that I become more aware that I have a dad who looks like me, who thinks like me. And I am proud of him.
Today. I still have him, even if we don’t see each other regularly, even if I don’t text him a lot. I really don’t text him because I really don’t text. But I still know that he’s there. And will always be there.
He’s my dad. And this post is for my Dad. Happy Fathers Day Papang!

Kamusta ka na? Busy ka na ba kasi di ka na nag-eemail masyado. I missed the days where we spend the whole day just sending mails kahit walang katuturan ung topic natin. I missed the days na nagkukulitan lang at dinadramahan kita.. hahaha.

Ang napapala ng lunes na lunes eh nakikipag-inuman. Like the long weekend ’s not enough para maglakwatsa.. at naisipan pang i-extend ang weekend hanggang lunes.
Now i’m here in the office … trying to keep myself awake. May hang-over na.. wala pang tulog… waaaa!

May H1N1 ang officemate ng housemate ng officemate na lunchmate ko. Medyo nililito ko lang kayo.. hehe.. basta may kilala ako na malamang sa malamang magka H1N1. He’s on self quarantine already kaya safe ang sangkatauhan sa opisina sa mga sandaling ito..
