6am. I woke up early as i usually do. Daily routine kumbaga. We have to get ready for another fun filled day. We had breakfast at SHAMROCK CAFE. Muntik ng magwala si Kuya Kim. haha. Scheduled activity is to go to the BIG FALLS. We talked to the same Tour Guide para ala na hassle. Tour to the big falls costs at around 600 pesos maximum of 6 people. We rented a ride again. May option to walk naman.. pero it would take us hours to get there. It’s a 10 to 20 minute drive to get there. There as in Starting Point. Going to the Big Falls is like an hour hike. Walk is fun as we had the chance to really strut our stuffs and pose for shots with mountains as backgrounds. Dinaanan rin namin ang mga Rice Terraces plus a secluded community along the way. We had a chance to mingle with kids we met. Photo op na rin.
After a very long walk. We’ve fin’lly arrived. The place was.. crowded.. so you wouldn’t really appreciate the view that much. Pero ok na rin. After an hour or two.. we decided to leave the place and go back. I realized.. leche.. ung nilakad naming pababa at napakalayo.. dadaanan namin ulit! true enough.. going back is a nightmare… paakyat yung dadaanan so it’s way harder.. parang 10 times harder. I swear to God, my heartbeat could pound a 50 storey building into dust. The experience was so tiring i promised my self not to go back in Sagada.. :harhar:
After countless stop overs para magpahinga.. kung susumahin mo.. every 5 minutes yata na lakad may 30 minutes kaming pahinga, the hike went for about 2 hours or more, we’ve reached the starting point, para kaming nakakita ng sibilisasyon ulit. Wala pa ung sasakyan namin so we still have time to get a full rest and be easy with ourselves. We treated ourselves with Halo Halo (na may ingredient na macaroni pasta, weird eh.) konting pampalamig ng ulo bago ko tuluyang masaktan ang tour guide namin.. :glee:
The ride arrived after prob’ly an hour. Our guide (James) told us that the Van is not available kaya Jeep na lang daw. Fair enough, since we are already there, why not try every single experience Sagada can offer? If you could only see us, lahat kami nasa tuktok ng Jeep, akala mo puno ung jeep.. but if you look closer.. walang kalaman laman ung jeep sa loob. :rotfl: It was a fun experience, sabay kumakanta ng “A whole new world” ang mga hinayupaks! Pag nagkataon.. lahat kami tigok.
1pm. Lunch. Guess where? 10 handsome points for readers who said “YOGHURT HOUSE.” May pila pa rin.. but it only took us 30 minutes to really get a decent table for lunch. Sad thing is.. it took us an hour to get a decent lunch. Jusme, ganun pala ang service dito… nevertheless.. food was great.
Umulan.
We still have a schedule to visit the Echo Valley, the Sagada church, the Hanging Coffins and the Pottery.
Pero umulan.
We decided to extend our lunch hour and spend some more time while having coffee.
Umuulan pa rin.
Naubos na ung coffee namin.
Umuulan pa rin.
Sige kwentuhan pa rin.
Umuulan pa rin.
Yosi muna ako.
Umuulan pa rin.
Nagtext ung tour guide namin kung tuloy pa ba.
Umuulan pa rin.
Sabagay we still have time to do the remaining activity.
Umulan pa ng mas malakas. ![]()
We were really pushing the idea to go on with the next activity pero umuulan pa rin.
5pm. We decided to just spend our remaining hours on Souvenir Shops and Stores. Tas dinner ulit. This time in Kimchi House again. Pork adobo ulit ang order ko.. .
12am. Sleep time. 2 hours ago, Mon, Ana and i were giving out stories about our lives during college and High School.. si Kuya Kim.. nasa Japan na at naghihilik. Nag Japan Japan na..
Hanggang sa makatulog na lang.

We woke up 4am.. or 3 am? 5am kaya? WTH! Bangag pa ako that time so ang orientation ko.. medyo sabog pa. We left the hotel around 5am or 4am? We left Sagada around 5am or 6am? Madilim pa kasi dun.. baka 5am na un.
After 6 hours of road trip. We reached Baguio City by noon. We decided to have lunch in Solibao Restaurant near Burnham Park. After lunch we went to Burnham Park to spend and waste our remaining time. Sandamukal na picture taking.
5pm. We left Baguio City.
11pm. We arrived in Manila.
12midnight i arrived home.
1am. Naghihilik na ko.
That ends my Sagada Chronicles. Time intervals were guesses but most of it were exact. Sagada is worth visiting if you have the guts and the TIBAY NG LOOB. If you are the adventurous type? Sagada is the place.. if you’re not.. siguro sa SM Megamall ka na lang at mag browse ka na lang sa Netopia.. :rotfl:
@Your Blog Reader ei thanks for reading my sagada post.. halukayin mo lang ang blog ko.. sana may mapulot kang aral :naughty:
Finished your Sagada Chronicles from 1 through 4. Been to Sagada too so I can relate with everything you’ve experienced. I enjoyed every bit of your story telling.
ay inde mo nakwento ung babae sa big falls. meron isang babae na talaga may tibay ng loob? or she’s just out of her mind.. nagdive from a rock down to the base of the falls, e ung water sabe nung isang guide ay at least 30ft deep. tas inde pala sya marunong lumangoy. so their guide had no choice but to saved her. by grabbing her through her hair (talagang sabunot) while being swam to the shallow area. ang nakakatawa tawa lang ng tawa ung babae at inde nya narerealize ung kahihiyan na ngyayari sa kanya. :lols:
after nung nakakapagod na araw na un may energy pa kayong pagkwentuhan ang mga highscool life nyo 12 in the morning. tas di lang kwento talagang may sigawan pang ngyayari habang nirerecall mo ang buhay HS mo. haha! pano naman inde ako magigising nun? :lols:
