now…

I am sitting here infront of my computer doing nothing. I am not in the mood to work on anything because i’m finished what’s supposed to be done. Now i’m waiting to start on my weekly report to close this week. It’s 12:51pm. Saturday. January 31, 2009. The last day of the month. I keep on checking my clock whether is it time to go home or not.. and every moment i look at the clock… it appears that the time hasn’t passed at all. I am so bored i wanna leave office already. But since i still have 30 minutes to waste.. i am making this blog entry just to fill the gap in. Later i will be having a haircut.. i am considering a semi-bald cut to clear my head away. After that.. Henyetah will have a car wash. Then i will be watching Smallville. Whichever comes first.. i will be finishing them today.

Tomorrow is February. Birthday month of 3 special people in my life. Tonight i will be having dinner with friends and a date afterwards. Tomorrow is Sunday which is supposed to be my rest day. I hope it will be my rest day, or not, I’ll prob’ly finish some pending chores, do my laundry or clean up my room which i rarely do.

Next week is another work week. Next month is March. A scheduled out of town trip to Pagupud Ilocos Norte is already on the works. See how my life is carefully planned?

I enjoy planning. It’s how i avoid stress. Maybe you should give it a try. Have a great weekend reader!

next chapter ulit…

It hasn’t been good last week. There are unexpected things that have happened and there are some quite funny things inserted to break the monotony of depression. I’ve got so many feedback’s regarding my boring-love-life post last week, and to those who believed and those who shared my sentiments.. salamas! haha

Last weekend, me and my good old friends went to Antipolo to spend a night, hang out and drink beer while overlooking the spectacular metro manila view. I’ve been into hiding and they insisted that we go out that night. No excuses. It’s quite funny as they know everything about the facts of that part of my life and they keep on tellin’ me that it’s ok to feel depressed.. that in due time, it will make me a better person. Just consider this chapter of my life as a part of what everyone should go through. huwaa?? dinaanan din nila? lols That after a deadly night, a morning will break out and a new day will start. read more »»

How To Heal A Broken Heart
There is no better feeling or greater joy than falling in love and being loved in return. Mutual relationships are the matters that make the world a happy place to live in. Even cynics and jaded individuals are bound to sing a different tune once they realize that they have fallen hopelessly in love with another person. Love can bring out the best as well as the worst behavior in anyone hence, not everybody is willing to embrace this feeling.

The common fear in surrendering to your emotions is the reality that sometimes love does not last. There is the nagging thought of losing your loved one to something or someone else. The pain that follows when one breaks up with a boyfriend/girlfriend, fiancé/fiancée or lover is immeasurable, especially if you have no idea as to its cause. The effect on you physically, emotionally and psychologically may be too hard to bear and acceptance seems to be impossible.

You must keep in mind certain essential things when undergoing a break-up or recovering from a relationship gone wrong. The first thing you must do is accept the decision to separate. It may be difficult at first since you have probably established a routine with your partner. Nevertheless, moving on is your only option. You should have to face the fact that you are on your own again and that you have regained your independence so try to benefit from it.

It is necessary that you allow yourself a good cry. This is an effective way of releasing all your pent-up emotion and frustrations. Keeping your feelings bottled up may lead to health conditions that could turn out to be more serious, so it is highly recommended to exercise your tear ducts when required.

Although crying may be helpful, you should avoid self-pity. Do not blame yourself for the failed liaison. It is as much as the other party’s fault as it is yours. In some cases, it just happens that your former partner has found someone new earlier than you have. No matter what you could have done, you have no control over the other person if he or she has fallen out of love with you. Put yourself in their shoes. You will understand that you cannot force yourself to be part of an unhappy relationship.

Be positive about the experience and look at the important things that you have learned from it. You can apply these to your future relationships. You are likely to become a better and more mature individual than you were before. Life’s lessons may be complicated to comprehend but valuable knowledge can be derived. There are reasons why things turn out the way they do. You simply have to believe that the right person will come along.

A broken heart is only as bad as you want to make it. You should not wallow too much on your loss but look forward to what life has in store for you. Loving someone entails some sacrifices and risks and you must be brave enough to face the challenges ahead. A broken heart may be mended; it merely takes some time and effort.
