I am. 
Yesterday I was able to complete the upgrade of wordpress in my server. That includes all related wordpress hosted blogs and sites under my account. Yeah.. it’s been awhile, i’ve skipped the previous update because.. err.. busy ata ako nun.. hehe.
Anyway.. i’m just glad to have this new wordpress look.
When i was a kid, a not so distant past if i may add :glee: I was tasked by my brothers to take care of the garden in front of our house, since they were designated in the kitchen and some other parts of the house. Oh yeah.. i’d rather be in the garden than cleaning up our filthy kitchen.. haha!
Back then, still a not so distant past.. haha. What i do only is water the plants.. not really garden them.. because i really had no idea how to do such.
And why i am writing about gardening when me, the author of this post does not even know how to do it? Hehe… i am not fond of gardening.. but i do have the eye to appreciate such beauty, especially those landscaped outdoors. It’s like a park within your yard… the beauty of nature brought in front of you, the scene of calmness.. the green effect and the refreshing look. Who wouldn’t want that? I do!
Now if you don’t have the knack about everything… you can always ask the experts, say your neighbor, your uncle or someone who really does it like TruGreen.
But if you do know how landscaping works.. you can always do it on your own. But me as someone who doesn’t have the time but has the resource, try hiring some people who can readily do it for you.

It’s not a newly acquired power. I am not Peter Petrelli. No, I am not Sylar.
I just thought of reacting to some incoming possibilities that may happen maybe in a few weeks time. The company where i work right now will eventually deduct tax from our salary. That’s bad news alright. That’s why i am asking some friends if they know something about “tax shields.” Yeah i know.. i need to protect my “beloved” pocket for my own benefit. Haha.
Talking about protection… shields.. warranty. Did you know that you can also protect your home.. Here in the Philippines they call it insurance.. in case.. uhh.. when lightning strikes unexpectedly. My house right now is insured.. not the owner though.. but I’m glad it is protected. I am dead sure that if something happens right now.. i won’t have any issues with the loans that i have in the future.
I am not sure how home insurances works in America, but i found this one in the net. Check out American Home Shield, if you want to know more about home warranties. Maybe it could help.
I’ve always been pissed with bugs especially when they start making your home their home. It’s not a new story to tell but when they start building their own “village” inside your place they tend make their stay worthwhile, they make your house their vacation hot spot, and when they like your place.. holy banana! They signup and register for good. Oh yeah.. ask me! When i was still living with my mom in the province… I’ve discovered a colony of termites inside our house… and those creepy little living bugs are starting to eat up my closet like there’s no tomorrow.
Those termites thinks that our house is a dinner buffet, and they’ve invited the whole clan. So what i did is i started locating the source…. i mean.. the Queen… you’d have to kill and destroy the queen to eliminate the whole colony… my mom started putting up kerosene within the infected area.. yet i don’t think “gas” or kerosene is an effective way of eliminating those pesky little bugs. Everything was a mess.
I am lazy at times to do all the checking and cleaning after all the work that has been done. So if you know a BUG Exterminator, Terminix or some other familiar companies, try calling them. Ask for advise… termites and other bugs are problems not everyone can solve. They can help eliminate.. if not exterminate all the bugs in your life…
Can they exterminate someone who bugs me alot? :naughty:

She’s been a project for like months already… and YEVKA has been bugging me for weeks to blog about her. The real truth is.. i don’t wanna blog about Henyetah… mahiyain ako eh. Pa-low profile effect kunyari.. haha. Yeah! Yeah! I’m “semi-dukha” at the moment.. i can’t even have my own internet, therefore i can’t blog during my free time at home (actually i’m workin’ on it as i need it very badly for work) … and one more thing, i’ve been occupied with tons of work.. and i mean tons.. as in all caps “TONS“.. haha! This is what i get everytime i login to my email account every morning. It’s not a happy scenario since i don’t need junk emails, they only eat up my mail space. Good thing GMAIL automatically traps spam emails and sends all those crap to my SPAM folder, though once in a while i still get some useless emails in my inbox but it doesn’t matter anymore. Believe me, you’ll get used to it… sooner or later.
