I celebrated my New Years Eve in Pampanga with my Utol and my pamangkins. I can’t say it’s the best one.. but definitely one of my happiest. Though i wasn’t able to enjoy the evening.. i still made my stay there worth remembering. Happy New Year everyone! 2008… here i come!
