I’m almost finished completing the puzzle that i have started last year. Though it took months before i finally got everything into motion.. it’s worth the wait. And now i’m getting very close into achieving everything.

Then 2007 started, i was really thinking of investing on something solid. Where i can really say that this is my own… my property. So after rethinking over and over… i finally got the idea which venture. Come September, i started looking for properties, may it be a condo unit, a townhouse, whichever is financially viable to me. A month later.. i finally signed up, readied all my credentials and requirements and started saving up for the initial investment… until.. whoah! I found myself really serious into buying this property.

Last January 5… i completed their last prerequisite. Next month i will be moving in to my new unit. I’m keeping my fingers crossed as my Pag-ibig Fund Loan is still on the process, though i received a news from my developer that it was already approved, i still need to wait for a couple of weeks to get all the documents completed.

Now I’m just waiting for the go. A new home, sana next month.
