New home?
I’ve been really busy workin’ on a condo unit for the past 3 weeks already.. and yeah.. i’ve finally found my unit.. though nothing is final yet.. i’m looking forward on transferring to a new home maybe within this month. Ditching my old apartment is a bit hard since i’ve been living here for the past 3 years already.
But since i get to own my condo totally… ha! Angas ko.. sariling condo unit is something to brag about… i have never really dreamed of something this big… more so a condominium unit.. but hey.. i’m almost there.. down payment na lang and i’m good to go… the problem is .. i need to discard some furnitures inside the house.. hindi kalakihan ung unit… so obviously.. it can’t accommodate all my existing items to my new unit….
Another downside is.. medyo malayo ang location ko pag nagkataon, sa QC pa kasi. I’d really have to wake up early to be in office and not be late .. which means.. i’m dead! i’m fuckin’ dead!… i have problems waking up early.. potah! Pag-iinitan ako ng boss ko neto.. haha!
Sana lang i get to finalize everything next week… para maayos na lahat and makalipat na. That is kung makakalipat ako at di magka-aberya. 
So bakit ngayon ko lang ni-blog to? Haha! Hindi pa kasi sigurado kung approved ang loan ko so everything is still unofficial…
