But Jimmy Alapag and a band of heroes emerged from a desperate situation and sparked a team running on nothing but heart as San Miguel-RP came from behind for a stirring 79-74 victory over China Sunday to keep its Beijing dreams afloat in the FIBA-Asia men’s basketball championship at the Asty Tokushima.

It was the first victory for a Philippine squad against China since 1985 when Ron Jacobs engineered the fall of the Great Wall to give RP its last title in what was then known as the ABC tournament.

Have you been to Vigan?

Got a taste of Vigan way back 1998 pa and since then i never visited the place again, though we’re planning to go there sometime this year, a friend told me that the area has improved, they already have tourist guides to assist you, Karetelas are everywhere and for 150 pesos (an hour) they tour you around the City where attractions are available. Sweet!

Bye Bye Netfirms

Yet another successful Domain Registrar Transfer.
Yeah… boring as it may seem… i have transferred another domain to my Hostway Account… the last of two client domains under Netfirms. And just today www.laurassalad.com is now under my trusted registrar. After 6 painstaking days! Say byebye to Netfirms!

Technician ako this week… haha.. got my screw drivers in motion as i need to revive my old Athlon PC.. as requested by my Utol… sa kanya na kasi mapupunta yun. To cut it short.. i got it working already… bought a new memory card to make it work… and Yatta! (ala Hiro Nakamura)..

Also got my P4 PC working… though i still find some technical problems once in a while…. pag nagkabudget, i plan to get a new Processor, but not now.. as my credit card bill went all the way to hell… so sober muna ako sa purchases. Nag format na rin ako ng PC para malinis… and as of today.. everything is on its order, the way it’s planned.
